Loveeee this recipe! The only problem I encounter is when adding the evaporated milk it always lumps! Try adding the milk about Tbsp at a time. Once the can of evaporated milk is all mixed in, add in all the half and half at once. I tried this recipe 3 times. I got the bechamel right and the rest fell into place.
